MISSION
The Service Desk is a portal dedicated to all 820 Customers and Partners. The service allows you to keep under control all the open and closed reports and the activities that the 820 team takes in charge by providing a better overview and establishing a quality standard for all customers. Transparency, efficiency and professionalism of the service are our priority.
STRUCTURED COMMUNICATION
Customers and Partners can open new reports, update them and detail them with all the necessary information. All e-mails sent to supporto.tecnico@eight-twenty.com are conveyed in a single environment and automatically linked to the Customer’s or Partner’s e-mail, speeding up problem resolution times.
COMPLETENESS OF REQUESTS
Support request procedures are carefully designed to get complete information to the right people in less time.
KNOWLEDGE BASE
Furthermore, the Service Desk is equipped with an incremental Knowledge Base system. Simplifying: the more it is used, the more efficient it is in solving problems.
SOFTWARE AND LICENSES
820 Partners will be able to find and download the latest versions of the various software components and all the documentation manuals of our solutions in the area reserved for them. Log in
