Creativity

The challenge of this replatforming project was to enhance what was already good and to incorporate improvements in terms of architecture, functionality, and user experience. We responded with a microservices architecture and an event-driven approach, introduced an "Amazon-like" shopping cart concept with an intuitive and engaging UX, and developed integrations with the financial part to have always updated data.

Speed

The initial project required almost a year of work, but thanks to our low-code platform, we managed to almost halve the implementation times, ensuring the client continuity of service and providing a solution that is even more efficient than the one previously in use.

Control

Continuous real-time monitoring of the procurement processes for the requested cloud resources, both in terms of configuration and control of consistency with the available budget per cost center and country of origin, always adhering to the approval flows according to internal compliance.

Integration

The platform generates value if it can integrate with the customer's existing ecosystem, also playing the role of orchestrator. Our solution has been integrated with the financial aspect to keep the status of the remaining annual budget always updated, and with the infrastructure part for the deployment of services.
